Well, Microsoft expects their new tax table updates to be available on the Microsoft customer download links THIS WEEK! The 2013 tax changes that were announced for the new year by the IRS need to go into effect at your company by February 15, 2013! It is great to see Microsoft keep up with these seemingly daily updates and react so quickly for their clients. Yet, we DO need our accounting systems to properly calculate taxes for us – because manual updates are definitely not good for our soul. Everyone tells us that “Change is good!” right? But sometimes it feels like ever-changing taxes is just taking the concept too far.
